My guess is it's for a photomanipulation. What the image is missing is people and actions, so perhaps some fighters, a dragon on the sidestreet or similar?

I found the original, but I'm afraid I downsized it to the size I already uploaded on dA. I wasn't suspecting it was ever going to be popular... But if you have something ambitious you want to use it for I could take a few new ones for you.
